Can I add a new page lets call it "mypage_template.html" where I could place template tags?
Ive looked in the FAQ, but its mentioned there that I need an addon for that.

Do I really need and addon?
What is the quickest way to add an addon which will support the tags that can appear in the image_template and in the browse_template?

I think Peter is spam. His name matches the same pattern as some other new names. They keep saying the same phrase "I'm new to the forum and just wanted to say hi.. I hope I posted this in the right section"
