Timezone Change

While registering, I skipped this step, and now the board thinks I'm living in London lol....I've tried to search int he FAQ, but nothing comes up about timezones....how do you change this option?

Okay, here's how to change your timezone:
User CP -> Edit Options

It is down in Date & Time Options towards the bottom of the page.

As most of our users reside in the US, Should we change the timezone to EST?
